Just got back from riding in the Collin's Family annual cycle-fest. This year's theme was Tour de Taco. We rode around Minneapolis to icecream and taco shops. Let's just say, it was a bike ride where more calories were consumed, than were burned.There was a good turn out and it was tons of fun. Here are some pictures of the adventure.
